From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome drink set the tone for a truly memorable stay. the hotel's air-conditioned rooms, overlooking the serene sea, were not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a safety deposit box, flat-screen TV. The staff, especially Ms. Meryam and her supervisor Mr Mustafa, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time at the resort. Their genuine kindness and impeccable customer service truly stood out, making us feel right at home. the attentive room service, along with the convenient laundry and dry cleaning facilities, further added to the seamless experience. The resort's facilities, including the inviting pool, private beach area, and excellent restaurant, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and indulgence. We also made use of the fitness center and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the surrounding area. the buffet and continental breakfast options offered a delicious start to each day, while the spa facilities allowed for some well-deserved pampering.
